Stalls, 12 X 12 with mats, open bars on all sides and front of stalls with large windows.
Wash rack with hot and cold water, Heated Restroom with Washer and Dryer. Barn water is on a water softener system and an Automatic Insect Control System through out the barn…No bugs in the barn !!
Arenas, Indoor, outdoor (170 x 96), Open Track (100 X 200), 80 ft Round Pen and Large grass pastures.
We grain twice a day and hay 3x, water cleaned daily
Training: $700.oo per month
Full Board: $350.00 per month (we do everything…Supply feed & hay, clean stall and turnout ect.)
